Wildlife Tracking and Trailing
Wildlife tracking is the art of observing and identifying wildlife footprints, sign, and behavior. Trailing is the art of following an animal's track and sign in order to locate the animal itself.

All of our ancestors depended on these skills for survival. In order to practice these skills you have to calm your mind, be present, be focused, be aware of the species around you and what they are telling you, recount past weather events, and empathize with the animal you are tracking. In short, it is the ultimate and yet most natural way humans connect with nature and regulate their minds.
Bird language
Cultures that are immersed in their landscape have relied on hearing vocalizations and seeing the body language of birds and mammals to hunt and avoid danger. Birds and mammals are keenly aware of the normal and abnormal patterns in their home range and can perceive threats before seeing or hearing them by listening to other bird and mammals. Tap into this chain of communication by learning alarms and behaviors and interpret their meaning.
Nature Connection
We use tracking and bird language in combination with mindfulness practices, games that provide insight, and empathetic questioning to understand the motivations and fears of wildlife.
